We have had a lovely autumnal day in Snowdonia today and I took the ML Training team up the Gribin Ridge onto Lliwedd for a day of security on steep ground training. We looked at movement coaching, risk assessments, spotting, route choice, leadership styles, poor visibility navigation and environmental knowledge over the course of the day. For our evening session we looked at emergency procedures with a tour of the LLMRT base in Nant Peris.
