speaking of creepy skin-lotioning, that famous scene was shot in a house in a little railroad and river town a short drive from where i grew up in ultra-rural PA. would drive by it on my way to guitar lessons. a big yellow brick thing. great porches. went up for sale a couple years ago. reasonable price. wonder if it sold.
