Channel 4 To Live Stream IBSA Grand Prix in Warwick

0 3

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Paralympic Games Broadcaster Channel 4, which will see them live stream the 2021 IBSA Visually Impaired Judo Grand Prix in Warwick through their YouTube channel.

The IBSA Judo Grand Prix is due to take place at the University of Warwick’s Sports and Wellness Hub over the weekend of 19th-20th June 2021.

The event will be the final qualification event for the Tokyo Paralympic Games and the British squad (set to be announced on Tuesday) will be looking for momentum on home soil to take to the home of judo in August.

Originally scheduled for last year, it was understandably cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Covid is also playing a part in the running of the event this year with a home crowd unable to attend as the event has to be held behind closed doors.

The live stream will be shown through the British Judo, Channel 4 and International Blind Sports Association (IBSA)’s YouTube channels meaning plenty of opportunities to watch the guys in action.

We will announce full details of the schedule and live stream links next week so stay tuned to our social media channels to find out how you can roar on the team from the comfort of your own home.
