Trail Smoke Eaters Announce Signing of Forward Tristan Kriech
Trail, British Columbia (February 5, 2026) — The Trail Smoke Eaters are pleased to announce the signing of Tristan Kriech for the 2026/27 season.
Kriech, a 6’5″ forward, brings a combination of size, high compete level, and hockey sense that projects well to the next level. Most recently with Elk River High, Kriech reached a significant milestone by recording his 100th career point, placing him fifth all-time in franchise history.
“I’m very excited for the opportunity to play for the Trail Smoke Eaters this upcoming season,” Kriech said. “I’m looking forward to joining the team and playing in the BCHL.”
