Nanaimo Clippers Thank Former Captain Nathan Larioza
NANAIMO, B.C. — [January 7th] — The Nanaimo Clippers would like to thank former captain Nathan Larioza as he moves on to pursue the next chapter of his hockey career in the USHL, with the Muskegon Lumberjacks.
Nathan was an integral part of the Clippers organization during his time in Nanaimo, earning the respect of teammates, coaches, and staff through his leadership, work ethic, and professionalism. As captain, he set a strong standard both on and off the ice and played an important role in shaping the culture of the dressing room.
“Nathan represented our organization with class every day,” said Clippers Head Coach and General Manager Colin Birkas. “He led by example, competed hard, and was a trusted voice in our room. We’re proud of him and excited to see him earn this opportunity.”
The Nanaimo Clippers thank Nathan for his contributions to the organization and wish him nothing but success as he continues his development.
