GOLD CARPET MARCH OF THE PENGUINS TO HIGHLIGHT PREGAME FESTIVITIES

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins season opens this Saturday, October 11 when we host the Hartford Wolf Pack at 6:05pm.  But you are going to want to get to the arena early to enjoy the ‘March Of The Penguins’.

PREGAME PARTY ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Join us outside the East Gate starting at 3:00pm for pregame festivities and fun.  We’ll have caricature artists on hand, DJ Izzy spinning tunes, free giveaways and games, as well as food and beverages for purchase.

You can also have your photo taken in front of the Penguins 2025-26 season mural, which will be unveiled at the event.  Fans will be able to purchase raffle tickets throughout the season for a chance to take home the painting on Fan Appreciation Night.

MARCH OF THE PENGUINS

The highlight of the afternoon will be the arrival of the Penguins players, who will walk the gold carpet on their way into the arena.  Fans will be able to snap photos and high five the Pens as they walk the aisle and get ready for the game.

We expect player arrival to begin around 3:30, so make sure you are there early to greet the team.

Gates to the arena will open at 5:00pm.  Once inside the first 5,000 fans will receive Bleed Gold rally towels to cheer on the Penguins all season long.
