Spruce Kings Sign Jackson Froysland

The Prince George Spruce Kings are pleased to announce the signing of 2006 born forward Jackson Froysland for the 2025-2026 season.

Froysland, is 6’0, 174 pounds from Byron Center, Michigan and played last season with the Carleton Place Canadians of the CCHL.  In 50 games, Jackson scored 24 goals and added 17 assists for 41 points. He also had 3 goals and 10 assists in 15 playoff games.

Prior to playing in the CCHL, Froysland won the Michigan Mr. Hockey Award in 2024 after leading Byron Center High to the Tier 2 State Championship, scoring 29 goals and adding 36 assists in 24 games, before scoring eight times and adding five helpers in 5 playoff games.

The Spruce Kings Home Opener is this Friday, September 26th against the Surrey Eagles. Tickets are available in the Spruce Kings office Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and always online at www.sprucekings.bc.ca/tickets.

The FACEOFF 50/50 Draw will take place during the 3rd period of the Home Opener.  The current jackpot sits at over $15,000 with the winner taking half. Tickets are on sale at www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/pgskfaceoff5050 and will also be available at the game, with doors opening at 6 PM.
