The Kings are excited to announce the signing of 2007 born forward Ethan Murray.

Murray is coming off a prolific rookie season as a 17 year old with the Wellington Dukes of the OJHL where he picked up 27 goals and 12 assists in 53 games. His 27 goals was not only second most on the Dukes, but second most amongst all rookies in the league. “Ethan has a very high ceiling with his natural goal scoring prowess and ability to fly up the ice.” says Head Coach and G.M. Stephan Seeger Jr. “He is extremely eager to grow and develop his game with the Kings. He had a great year last year and we are excited to see him transition into the BCHL.”

Hailing from Orangeville Ontario, Murray is looking forward to playing in Powell River and help the team succeed this year. “I’m very excited to come and play for this organization, and to be a part of this amazing community.” says Murray “I have expectations that we will be able to win a lot of hockey games and push for a playoff spot. I’m hoping to develop my game so I can be a big part of the teams success.”
