Eight Nanaimo Clippers Hit the Ice at NHL Development Camps

NANAIMO, B.C. — July 2, 2025 — The Nanaimo Clippers are proud to announce that eight players have been invited to participate in NHL development camps, continuing the organization’s tradition of producing elite hockey talent.

The following Clippers are taking part in camps across the league:

• Tim Washe – Anaheim Ducks

• Matt Lahey – Toronto Maple Leafs

• Isa Parekh – Calgary Flames

• Vladimir Nikitin – Ottawa Senators

• Rémi Gélinas – Vegas Golden Knights

• Brody Waters – Los Angeles Kings

• Sean Barnhill – New York Rangers

• Nick DeSantis – Philadelphia Flyers

NHL development camps serve as a proving ground for young players looking to make their mark with professional organizations. The eight Clippers alumni will have the opportunity to train with top-tier prospects and showcase their abilities in front of NHL coaching and development staff.
