Ingemann named to BCHL Second All-Star Team
Penticton, BC –Penticton Vees goaltender Will Ingemann (’05) was named an B.C. Hockey League (BCHL) Second Team All-Star, the league announced Thursday morning.
Ingemann, 19, led the BCHL in wins (24) and goals-against average (2.52) in the regular season. In 34 appearances, the Plymouth, Minnesota, product owned a 24-5-1-0 record. He had .892 save percentage (SV%) and two shutouts. He ranked fourth in games played and fifth in minutes played. In 66 career regular season games, he has compiled a 46-11-5-0 record, 2.20 GAA, .905 SV%, and eight shutouts.
Ingemann is off to a great start to the BCHL Playoffs, as he has posted a 2-0 record to go along with a 1.50 GAA and .923 SV%. He also has one shutout.
Ingemann and the Vees open their second round playoff series against the Cranbrook Bucks on Friday, April 18th, at the South Okanagan Events Centre, at 7:00 pm PDT.
