0 11

Vernon, BC:  The Vernon Vipers are proud to announce that forward Ryan Watt has committed to the University of Toronto and will join the Varsity Blues for the upcoming U-Sports season.

A veteran of four BCHL seasons, Ryan wrapped up his junior hockey career in impressive fashion with the Vipers, notching 5 goals and 6 assists in just 15 games. The North Vancouver native brought energy, skill, and leadership every time he hit the ice, and his impact was felt both on and off the scoresheet.

Over the course of his BCHL career, Ryan suited up in 171 games, tallying 30 goals and 36 assists. His dedication and perseverance over four seasons are a testament to his work ethic and love for the game.

The Toronto Varsity Blues are members of the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) conference and compete at the U-Sports level. They play out of the historic Varsity Arena in downtown Toronto, offering Ryan an exciting opportunity to continue his academic and athletic journey.

Please join the entire Vernon Vipers organization in congratulating Ryan and his family on this outstanding achievement. We wish him continued success as he takes the next step with the Varsity Blues!
