How to watch 4 Nations Face-Off in the US
National broadcasts of the 4 Nations Face-Off are spread across ABC, ESPN, and TNT (simulcast on truTV) in the US. All ABC and ESPN games will live stream on ESPN Plus, and all TNT/truTV games will live stream on Max. If you want to live stream every game through one app, you'll need to opt for a live TV streaming service. Sling TV and DirecTV Stream are two of our favorites, and we'll break down the best options below. All of the apps we've recommended today made the cut in our roundup of the best sports streaming services.
We've ranked DirecTV Stream as the best cable alternative out there in our guide to the best live TV streaming services. DirecTV Stream's base Entertainment plan has everything you'll need to live stream the entire 4-Nations Face-Off in one place: ESPN, TNT, and ABC. Subscriptions cost $87/month, but you can get a five-day free trial. The service also recently launched a new sports-centric package, MySports. This new option carries ESPN, TNT, and ABC (in select regions) for $70/month. Plus, you can get your first three months of MySports for $50/month for a limited time.
Sling TV is one of the most affordable live TV streaming services and the cheapest way to directly live stream the ESPN channel each month. You can get ESPN and TNT through Sling Orange, which costs $46/month. If you add on Sling Blue for a total of $61/month, you can also access ABC. However, local channels like ABC vary from region to region on Sling, so you should check your zip code before subscribing. New users can get their first month of Sling for 50% off.
ESPN Plus is the way to go if you're only interested in watching the ESPN and ABC games (February 13 and 15 and the Championship on February 20). The live streaming service will carry all four of the games. Subscriptions start at $12/month and unlock other sporting events, including select NHL, college basketball, and UFC events.
If you're only interested in watching the TNT/truTV games (February 12 and 17), all three games will live stream on Max. Subscriptions start at $10/month. Sports live streaming is available through Max's B/R Sports Add-on, which will eventually cost an additional fee each month, but right now, it's included with all subscriptions.
