Vernon Vipers Acquire Defenseman Price Grimes from Chilliwack Chiefs

Vernon, BC:  The Vernon Vipers are pleased to announce the acquisition of 2006-born defenseman Price Grimes from the Chilliwack Chiefs in exchange for future considerations.

“After losing Skeltins to a season-ending injury, we were looking to fill the hole in the lineup,” said Vipers Head Coach Lukas Lomicky. “We are thrilled to bring in Price, who is a promising young defender and has already played a year and a half of junior hockey.”

Grimes, a 6’2”, 183-pound right-shot defenseman, brings size, skill, and experience to the Vipers’ blue line. He is also committed to the University of New Hampshire, further solidifying his status as a high-caliber player with a bright future.

The Vernon Vipers organization is excited to welcome Price and his family to the team and looks forward to seeing him contribute on the ice.
