Spruce Kings Commit to Croteau for 25-26

The Prince George Spruce Kings are pleased to announce the commitment of 2007 born defenseman Vincent Croteau for the 2025-2026 season.

Croteau is 6’4, 193-pounds from Carignan, Quebec, who has spent the last three seasons playing for Shawnigan Lake School U18 Prep of the Canadian Sport School Hockey League.

In 14 games this season, Croteau has 6 goals and 9 assists for 15 points. The last two seasons, he had an additional 15 assists.

Spruce Kings General Manager Mike Hawes: “Vincent is a young man with great character. As a player he utilizes his good size, strength, and compete level to defend well. His high hockey IQ and skill level also allows him to be effective offensively. We’re thrilled to add Vincent to our program beginning next season”

Vincent Croteau: “Playing for the Spruce Kings is an honour. From the city and fans to the coaches I can’t ask for better. I am extremely excited to wear the red, white, and blue sweater and play in Prince George next year. Go Spruce Kings.”
