The Prince George Spruce Kings are pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Anderson to Executive Director of Business Operations and Director of Broadcasting and Communications.

Anderson has been with the Spruce Kings since November of 2017 in the Business Operations Manager role and will be entering his 12th BCHL season, and 8th with the Spruce Kings in 2024-2025. In the new position, Kyle will oversee all aspects of the Business side including the Show Home Lottery, Corporate Partnerships, and Marketing.

On the Broadcasting and Communications side, Anderson has broadcasted 174 BCHL, Western Canada Cup, and National Championship games, including as the Spruce Kings 2019 Playoffs Road voice on their way to the National Junior A Championship game.  He has also called CCAA Basketball and Soccer National Championship Gold Medal Games for Rogers TV (formerly Shaw Local).

Kyle Anderson: “I am extremely honoured to take on this role for the Prince George Spruce Kings. I am proud of the growth of this organization in my seven seasons here, and am looking forward to continuing the upward trends we saw last season in attendance, corporate partnerships, and fan engagement. The broadcast element is a return to something that I have been passionate about since 2014, and I am looking forward to bringing all the Spruce Kings action to fans living rooms all season long.”

President David Keough: “Kyle has always had a passion for the broadcasting side of our organization. This new role will allow Kyle to ensure our corporate sponsorship is linked to our broadcast while keeping fan engagement at an all-time high. Kyle has been a big part of our organization and I look forward to him taking on this new challenge.
