#LAKings Wednesday: LA Kings Projected Lineup vs. Vegas Golden Knights (MayorsManor)

It’s no longer a secret that the Kings are much better in the second-half of their two-game series after usually dropping the first game. Even a certain defenseman made reference to it during his recent media availability (hint: his jersey reads Doughty 8).
For the eighth and final time this season, the Kings and Golden Knights will play tonight. Despite being at opposite ends of the division standings, most of the previous seven games have been fairly competitive – which is pretty much what you’d expect from a pair of rivals.
Today’s morning skate was optional. However, we believe Matt Luff is in tonight. The below projection has him in for Austin Wagner, yet Brendan
Lemieux may be the odd man out instead.
Toby Björnfot skated yesterday at practice but he was in a red non-contact jersey. He’s not expected to be ready for at least a few more games.
This was scheduled to be the final LA Kings Reverse Retro game — but, but, but…not so fast…
