Game #3 Preview: Spruce Kings @ Centennials

Tonight, at the Chilliwack Coliseum in Chilliwack, the Prince George Spruce Kings look to get win number two of the 2021 Pod season when they take on the Merritt Centennials at 5 PM. The Spruce Kings squeaked out a 3-2 win on Sunday evening against the Centennials by a 3-2 score. Kolton Cousins, Christian Buono, and Ben Lefranc (first BCHL goal) were the PG goal scorers, while Jordan Fairlie made 26 saves.

Defenceman Ben Lefranc leads all Spruce Kings defenders in shots on goal and was able to score his first BCHL goal on Sunday night against the Centennials. The 17 year old defender hails from Penticton, BC.

 

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TROTS!

 It looks like Spruce Kings goaltender Aaron Trotter will get in the nod in between the pipes for the Spruce Kings. Trotter made 25 saves for PG in a 4-1 defeat Saturday night against the Chilliwack Chiefs. Trotter is also celebrating his 20th birthday today!
