regardless our opinions of Mike he knew the game and sadly because sports is becoming more political no longer can we have commentators speak freely without some snowflake getting offended. Sign of the times broadcasts will be more generic and dumbed down and overly politically correct. Thankfully we still watch classic games when there was less censored commentary and rules allowed a more entertaining brand of hockey. (speaking about the rule changes eliminating center red and other 'stuff')
