WHL Roundup: Tristin Langan leads Warriors past Oil Kings 4-3 in overtime
MOOSE JAW, Sask. - Tristin Langan scored twice, including the overtime winner, as the Moose Jaw Warriors edged the Edmonton Oil Kings 4-3 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.
Justin Almeida and Kaeden Taphorn also scored for the Warriors (11-5-4), while Brodan Salmond made 29 saves.
Trey Fix-Wolansky, Matthew Robertson and Vince Loschiavo replied for the Oil Kings (14-8-4). Dylan Myskiw turned aside 23 shots for Edmonton.
Moose Jaw did not have a single power play and the Oil Kings went 1 for 4 with the man advantage.
