Kennedy dealt back to Carleton Place

The Prince George Spruce Kings have traded 18-year-old forward Shawn Kennedy to the Carleton Place Canadians of the Central Canada Hockey League in exchange for the CJHL rights to 19 year old goaltender Tavin Grant and future considerations. Kennedy was acquired by the Spruce Kings during the off season from Carleton Place in exchange for Grant and future considerations. Kennedy had tallied 2 goals and 8 assists for 10 points in 25 games this season for the Spruce Kings.
