The three-day, 54-hole tournament, will send the top three teams along with the top-three individuals (not with an advancing team) to the national championships. All 12 bids in each region are at-large with no automatic qualifiers for conference champions. The top three teams along with the top three individuals not with a team from each super regional will advance to the NCAA Championships.

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Glenmoor features 10 holes with water challenges and greenside slopes and mounds that can be unpredictable.
