[Women's Golf] Bartley in seventh, Elmore in 29th at AMC Tournament

EUGENE, Mo. – It was a cold, windy and rainy day at the women's golf American Midwest Conference Tournament. Temperatures were in the 40's with up to 25 MPH winds. After one round of play, Katherine Bartley (SR/Vilonia, Ark.) is sitting in the top 10 – tied for seventh place, while Hailey Elmore (FR/Jacksonville, Ark.) (pictured below right) is tied for 29th. Bartley shot a first round score of 85 and is currently ahead of the number one player in the conference, while Elmore carded a 101. 

Columbia leads the field with a score of 337, while William Woods is just one stroke behind in second place with a 338. Freed-Hardeman is sitting in third place after posting a score of 345 and Park sits in fourth with a total score of 349. Missouri Baptist is currently in fifth place after carding a 381, while Hannibal-LaGrange sits in sixth place with a 406. Stephens rounds out the teams sitting in seventh with a 472.
