Minutes for committee meeting May 9thth, 2016   Apologies for absence JG,CB,GS,JA,LG Those present: JV, SS, HG   Minutes of last committee meeting Matters arising from last committee meeting Course and club report Refer to Club newsletter on FB Lady Captains report JV read in Charlies absence Treasurers report Mixed Captains report Nothing to report Handicap report In absence, nothing to report   Any other business Match meals to be played for on the day Club Matches 50p of entry fee goes to Committee fund, Heather will buy the vouchers with the balance All Captains running Club Competitions are to place the entry fee of £3.50 in an envelope along with the competition entry form and mark it for the attention of Heather and place it in the safe. Ladies 16th tee is to be moved to the bottom Justin will organise this Men’s Club Championship will be a 36 hole event on 1 day buggies will be allowed for round 2 the date for this year’s competition will be held on the 16th July Committee day entry sheets are filling up any players wishing to enter should enter their preferred tee times on the sheet, Heather Gushlow and Graham Evans will organise the cards on the day   Meeting finished at 2100 hrs Next Committee meeting 6th June 2016
