The select Committee (SC) are asked to approve the final 2017 fixture amendments, as per separate sheet(s); a. Finalised and approved 2. The SC are asked to discuss and approve the following entrants for CGU competition: Confirmed Mens matches for 2017 Scratch Cornwall closed championship   Sunday May 7th at Trethorne Carswell, Shovell,Hodgins,Bowers,Brewer Foursomes Cornwall Goblets Sunday May 14th at perranporth Vidler,Jewell,Wilson/Hardy, Shovell/Schofield, Cashman/West Team of 6 Club Championship B Team Sunday May 21st at Perranporth Carswell,Shovell,Hodgins,Bowers,Brewer,Schofield,Cockle,Dance Three Teams of 2 Cornwall Seniors Team Championship Monday June 26th at St Austell Roberts,Saunders,Burn/Jewell Marquand/ 4bbb team entry The Lord Lieutenants Trophy Sunday July 30th at Carlyon Bay Vidler/Bowers L, Cashman,West, Roberts/Saunders Scratch and Handicap Champs Club Championship Depot cup Sunday September 17th at Launceston 2017 Champions Fousomes (5 pairs) Frank Wills Salver starting October various venues Foursomes (5 pairs) CAW Cornish Bowl starting October various venues Singles (9 men team) Presidents Trophy starting October various venues a. Subject to player availability and “fit to play”; approved 3. The SC are asked to approve the sponsorship of ALL 2017 CGU events by the collaborative Partners of Cornwall-ECC; a. Approved. CC to meet with Treasurer on February 17th 4. The CC will bring the SC up to date with the progress and organisation of the presentation evening, including: a. Proposed set up i. Canapes ii. Meal iii. Entertainment iv. Presentation v. Entertainment – All sections approved b. Speed of presentation (streamline) where possible- approved c. Attendees are sold as tables of six- approved d. Menu- approved e. Raffle- approved f. Entertainment- approved 5. CC would like to as Les J (MMC) to Captain the match being played against The Point and for SC to approve; a. Approved with D Shovell as VC 6. CC to inform that Carlyon Bay have agreed a Bi-annual match, confirming June 24th for 2017 (away) a. Information only 7. CC, requires two Officers for “meal for four”, and for SC to approve a. Darrel Shovell starting; Jon Vidler (CC) closing b. Additional 11.00 and 11.09 start time requested and approved
