Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion Made Golf Look Romantic
What do you do when you’re newly in love in the depths of July? Well, if you’re Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion, you go golfing in Arkansas. One week after making their red-carpet debut, the new couple decided to document their sporty outing, in which Thompson taught the Real Hot Girl how to golf. Suddenly my belief in romance has been reignited.
On TikTok, Meg posted a video of the Dallas Mavericks player showing off the haul he picked up for her from Academy Sports + Outdoors — golf-appropriate collared shirts and skirts in hues of pink and purple. (She kindly corrected him that the shirt he pulled out of the bag was lavender, not purple. Duh.) “You picked it? You think it’s cute?” she asked. “Uh-huh. You even got the cute shoes on, the shirt. I did well,” Thompson replied. “I’m really proud of myself.” Meg, meanwhile, was in full glam for the occasion. Is there any other way to golf, really?
The couple then hit the green, where Thompson gently coached Meg on her swing and drove her around in a golf cart. At one point, he called her his “good luck charm” and then compared himself to Tiger Woods. The seven-minute video comes to an end with the couple kissing and Thompson declaring that “ever since I’ve been in love, my golf game’s reaped all the benefits.”
Well, there you have it: Klay Thompson is in love, and I’ve never seen Megan Thee Stallion happier. Looks like our lover girl finally got the love she always deserved.
