Golf star turns detective after caddie finds ‘poo-stained’ boxers in players’ toilets
GOLF chiefs launched a poo-dun-it probe after a caddie found soiled boxer shorts in players’ toilets.
The undies-covered investigation into a messy mystery labelled “Poop Gate” was revealed by American star Michael Kim.
PGA Tour organisers of last month’s RBC Heritage event on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina tried to lift the lid on who was responsible.
And Kim enlightened fans on X over the loo-bruhaha at the Harbour Town Golf Links course, even suggesting there had been a prime suspect.
The 31-year-old posted: “There are player/caddie only porta potties near tee boxes.
“One caddie went to use one on Thursday morning and in the corner of the porta potty, sees a pair of boxer briefs with some… (poo).
“They tried to find out who it was but couldn’t figure it out.
“The briefs were a brand that had a brand ambassador but it was proven that it wasn’t him lol.”
Fans were both amused and bewildered by Kim’s revelation.
Some demanded that the probe continued, with one insisting: “Someone needs to get to the bottom of this.”

Another commented: “Poop Gate! Maybe someone was dropping their golf game off for the day.”
And a third was curious over how the un-named wearer of the branded boxers was cleared.
He wrote: “How was it proven? Maybe he had a spare pair?”
Another concluded: “Well, that stinks. “
One was more philosophical as he pointed out: “Hey, accidents happen. “
And another reckoned the whole matter should just be dumped.
He argued: “Why would anyone try and figure out who that was and humiliate them?”
