Algonquin Up For The Challenge

This year’s Roy Wilson District Challenge was played at Old Warson Country Club. It was a little
cool and windy in the morning before the Event started but the weather greatly improved by the
1:00 afternoon Shotgun start, although still a little windy. The course was in great shape and the
greens were in awesome shape as expected. All 25 District Club teams (100 Players) teed it up
for this year’s event for some great competition, playing at about 6000 yards, par 71. Everyone
that played said they had a great time and really appreciated Old Warson hosting this year’s
