LIV Golf Adelaide party kicks off with wild Patrick Reed hole-in-one
Patrick Reed made a hole-in-one during the first round of LIV Golf Adelaide, and the celebration to it is a must see.
LIV Golf’s biggest event of the season kicked off in a massive way on Friday morning in Australia.
Patrick Reed made a hole-in-one on the par-3 12th hole on just his second hole, which led to a celebration that only the 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale could rival. Fans went wild, throwing beers, cups, and anything they could get their hands on towards Reed, who subsequently relished in it all.

“Ohhh goodness me!” exclaimed LIV Golf’s lead announcer Arlo White.
“Patrick Reed, you little beauty!”
Reed’s ace came on ‘The Watering Hole,’ a 151-yard par-3 that sits inside a jam-packed stadium full of fans. It’s a rowdy atmosphere, a scene that helps make LIV Golf Adelaide its most significant event of the year. This tournament has welcomed more than 100,000 fans yearly, proving that Australia is a golf-starved nation and loves celebrating some of the best players in the world.
Chase Koepka made this hole famous two years ago as he also made a hole-in-one. Like Reed’s ace on Friday, Koepka’s feat caused an absolute ruckus.
Perhaps another ace will follow over the coming days, and if one comes, expect another massive celebration.
