As summer winds down and the kids head back to school, we have a few important updates and events at the Brickyard Golf Club:

Individual Hutch Cup Match Play Events: The Gross Division Bracket and Net Division Bracket are in progress. Bracketed Event Boards are located outside the golf shop.

Greens Aeration: Scheduled for Monday, August 12th. (See Rusty’s article on page 6 for details.)
August 13th: The golf course, practice areas, and Golf Shop will be open as usual; however, the kitchen will be closed.
Club Championship: Set for September 7-8.
Member-Guest Event: October 3-6. Thursday, October 3rd, is Practice Round Day, with the Par 3 Tournament beginning at 4 pm. Details and sign-up information will be sent via email, with signups starting Tuesday, August 6th.

Member Birthday Rewards Program: Now in its 8th month, this program offers an additional 20% off Brickyard Member Prices on in-stock merchandise during your birthday month. Excludes price-protected items.

Brickyard PGA Junior Golf: The 4-month program was a great success, with 17 juniors participating. We thank all the juniors, parents, grandparents, and staff for their support. We look forward to an even better program in 2025, starting in April.

Tee Time Reservations: Remember to call or cancel your tee times online if you’re not using them. Tee times can be reserved 10 days in advance by calling the golf shop or booking online. Please book for the exact number of players to avoid confusion.
Tee Box Etiquette: Please tidy up the tee boxes by picking up unbroken golf tees. You can reuse them during your rounds or place them in the golf cart glove compartments for staff collection. This helps keep the tee boxes clean and the mower reels sharp.
