There’s so much to do at Fox Harb’r, but what most guests don’t realize is that nearly every activity can be customized. Here’s how you can make your stay unique.

Golf

Customizing your golf game goes beyond picking your tee time. You can also book individual or group lessons for every skill level. Whether you’re a beginner who just wants to learn the ropes or close to pro and want specific help, there’s a package for you. There’s also a golf clinic you might enjoy. Finally, there’s an indoor golf simulator that can give you instant and specific feedback on your shots.

Yachting

When we asked Director of Guest Services & Activities Kristy Grandy a simple question, “What’s one experience you’re surprised more guests don’t customize?” she had a simple answer for us—the yacht. Yacht trips are fun in and of themselves, but you can do more with the yacht. Add a bartender if you want. Add catering. You can even turn the yacht into an event—say, an anniversary party, a birthday, or even a wedding. When you think of a small destination wedding, how about an intimate affair right in front of Confederation Bridge during golden hour?

Wine Tasting

You can taste wine any time at your leisure, but if you want, you can arrange a guided wine tasting. A sommelier will lead you through a series of wines—no experience on your part necessary. We can lead you through a tasting of Nova Scotia wines, sparkling wines with a focus on Nova Scotia versus the rest of the world, big red wines with a focus on the old world versus the new world, and Bordeaux. Perhaps you’d like your wine tasting to have a cheese or charcuterie pairing? That too can be arranged.

Bonfire with Stargazing

A bonfire is a great way to gather with friends, connect, and share a wonderful night. But you can get even more out of your bonfire if you ask for one of our constellation guides, who will help you spot the constellations and learn a bit about the moon, space, and our solar neighbourhood.

Everything Else

If you’re staying multiple days, we’re able to curate a different activity package for every day. For example, a three-day stay could allow for a golf package, spa package, and trifecta package (that’s shooting, archery, and axe throwing). And there’s so much to do, such as horseback riding, bike tours, pontoon cruises, salt water fishing, kayaking, hiking, and more. Book ahead of time and make every part of your stay bespoke.
