The New Booking & Scheduling Feature in V1 COACH

We are featuring the latest addition to our V1 COACH platform – Booking & Scheduling. This optional add-on allows athletes to seamlessly book lessons with their coach through the V1 GOLF app. Coaches can effortlessly and automatically manage their offerings and schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for both parties.

 

Key Features and Benefits

Customizable Offerings: Coaches can tailor their lesson packages to meet the specific needs of their athletes. Whether it’s a single lesson, a series of training sessions, or specialized coaching packages, the flexibility is in your hands. Offerings can be updated as often as needed, and can even be used to promote special events.

Synching Calendar: Our integrated synching calendar helps coaches manage their bookings and avoid any double-bookings. By syncing with your existing calendar(s), you can keep track of all your appointments in one place, making scheduling a breeze. Your athletes can also easily see when you’re available, making it easier to book a return lesson. 

Centralized Athlete Experience: With the introduction of this new feature, the entire experience of working with a golf coach can be done in the V1 GOLF app. Golfers tell us how much they love that they can come to one app to watch their lessons, work on their swing, chat with their coach, and now, book their next session. 

Automated Reminders: We’ll confirm the booking and remind athletes about their upcoming booking, automatically. These reminders are completely customizable.

How It Works

1. Athlete Clicks on Your Custom Link: Each coach gets a unique booking link that athletes can use to start the booking process.
2. Select Lesson Package, Date, and Time: Athletes choose the type of lesson they want and pick a suitable date and time from the coach’s available slots.
3. Provide Information: Athletes fill out basic information and any additional custom questions set by the coach before proceeding to checkout.
4. Confirmation Email: Once the booking is confirmed, both the athlete and the coach receive a confirmation email detailing the booking information.
5. Welcome Video and App Invite: Athletes receive a welcome video along with an invitation to download the V1 GOLF app and connect with their coach.

Requirements

To get started with the Booking & Scheduling feature, each coach needs one online calendar to display bookings. You can also have up to six additional calendars for booking availability. If you don’t already have an online calendar, we can help you set one up.
