Underhill launches new Featherweight UltraMax hose for golf courses

Underhill recently released the Featherweight UltraMax, a lightweight hose based on technology from the firefighting industry.
The hose is 1-inch with NPSH threads used for golf courses. Underhill says the hose has a special outer fabric that is kink-resistant and will not scuff the turf on golf greens. The hose has a working pressure rating of 300 psi and a burst pressure rating of 1200 psi.
The company says the new Featherweight UltraMaz weighs about a third of what normal professional hose does.
