Real Plant Nutrients acquires all assets of Spring Valley

Rapid Plant Nutrients acquired all assets of Spring Valley, according to Interoceanic Corporation (IOC), the parent company of Rapid Plant Nutrients.

Headquartered in White Plains, N.Y., IOC and its affiliates provide production, marketing and distribution of bulk fertilizers and industrial chemicals.

Our ability to move raw materials efficiently and cost-effectively throughout the country will provide exceptional value to our end-user business partners. IOC believes Spring Valley’s geographical footprint only complements our model of supply chain efficiencies,” said Elio Mazzella, president of IOC

Established in 1960 in Jackson, Wis., Spring Valley produces fairway and greens fertilizers for the golf market. The company also produces ice melt products.
