It’s September Already!

It seems that this year is just flying by; it’s September already! To me September means the end of summer, the beginning of school and fall just around the corner. It’s also the month of one of my favorite Frankenmuth events – Frankenmuth AutoFest.

Celebrating its 39th year, AutoFest brings car enthusiasts to Frankenmuth from all over the U.S.; this year’s dates are September 9, 10 and 11. If you’ve never experienced AutoFest, the Big Block Party from 5-10pm on September 9th is an event not to be missed. Main Street is closed and hundreds (maybe thousands) of cars line both sides. It’s a lively evening with music and food vendors adding to the party atmosphere.
