Two finals, today & tomorrow……

This afternoon, Mags Smith’s Junior Cup team play a Leinster South final in Powerscourt G.C. where they face Newlands G.C. Unfortunately, after guiding the team to the final, Mags is out of the country for today’s final but has left the team in the capable hands of Via Maume.  With a pennant available for the winners this afternoon, we wish Via and the team the very best of luck.

Then, tomorrow, (Monday 22nd) our Old Conna Trophy team head to Old Conna for the finals day of this competition. Tee off is at 13.00 and four teams will slug it out for the trophy.  Along with Greystones, Grange G.C., Kilmashogue and Druid’s Heath have made it to the last day.  Six pairs will play fourball betterball rounds with the best five scores to count.
