Competitions this week commence with Open Thursday which follows the usual format of Singles Stableford of the white markers €5 members €15 visitors.
On Friday /Saturday /Sunday we have our Club Professional (Shaun’s) Competition for members which is usually well supported.
This year Shaun is running with 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall + 3 catagory prizes 10.5 and below, 10.6 to 18.5 & 18.6 & above (Handicap index). There is also a gross & a seniors (over 70) prize + a novelty prize for finishing in 100th place. The format is stableford and entry is €10 so get your spot on the timesheet now.
On bank holiday Monday we are running a one day Mens Fourball Betterball competition using the blue markers, entry €5 per golfer & 85% handicap allowance.
