Albaugh closes on acquisition of Rotam

Albaugh announces that the acquisition of Rotam Global Agrosciences Limited (Rotam) from the Taiwan stock exchange is complete.
Albaugh first announced the acquisition of Rotam in January of this year.
The acquisition creates a leading global crop protection company with total sales exceeding $2 billion in all regions of the world and a manufacturing base comprised of plants in the U.S., Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Slovenia, China, Taiwan and India.
Albaugh was advised in the transaction by J.P. Morgan, with HSBC serving as co-advisor and legal support from Jones Day and Collas Crill.
