Temporary Closure of Maintenance Department

Dear Members,

We wish to advise that one staff member in our Maintenance department has tested positive  for COVID-19.  In accordance with official government protocols, we have required all of the BGC primary contacts, who are confined to the Maintenance department, to be tested and remain in home quarantine until negative test results are received.    During this time the Maintenance department is closed and only minimal course maintenance will be carried out over the next few days.  Our main focus areas will be the greens and irrigation.

The Bag Drop and other Clubhouse staff are not affected. The Club remains open for golf as usual.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
