Glenavy Mixed Trophy competition set for Sunday August 15th

In a change to the 2021 calendar, the Glenavy Trophy will be played for as a one day event on August 15th.  This prestigious competition normally takes the form of match-play but was one of three foursomes/scotch foursomes competitions which weren’t played in 2020 or included in the 2021 calendar due to Covid 19 restrictions and calendar congestion caused by the shortened seasons.

The time-sheet will run from 13.00 to 16.00 on the 15th ( directly after the Sunday singles competition ) and will open for bookings on Tuesday 3rd at 20.15 as normal.

Format: Mixed Foursomes: H/Caps (2021 only): 60% of lower Course Handicap + 40% of higher Course Handicap = pair handicap

Stableford scoring (2021 only)

Qualification: Open to all 7-day male & female members,  intermediate and lady associate members
