How to Book a Tee Time via the App

Step 1. Select the Book Now button on the Home screen.
Step 2. Select the Golf facility.
Step 3. Select the date you would like to book.
Step 4. Select the time you would like to book.
Step 5. If you would like to add another member or guest you will be able to add at this stage, you can search by member. Additionally you can book a Trolley. Any fees will be deducted from your account if there is sufficient credit. You’ll be prompted to ‘Top Up’ if you have insufficient funds.
Step 6. Finalise the booking by scrolling down and selecting “Book”.
The booking will now be showing in your home screen, and at the top of the Tee Times for the day of the booking.

How to Cancel a Booking

Step 1. Select the booking on the Home screen.
Step 2. Select the tee time you had booked.
Step 3. Select “Cancel Booking”.
Step 4. Confirm the cancellation by selecting “Yes”

How to Book a Tee Time via the Website

Step 1. Select the “BOOK NOW” on the Home screen. You will be prompted to Log In if required with your Scottish Golf Log In details.

Step 2. Select the date you would like to book. Any member’s guest fees will be shown here.

Step 3. Select the time you would like to book.

Step 4. If you would like to add another member or guest you will be able to add at this stage. You can search by member. Additionally you can book a Trolley. Any fees will be deducted from your account if there is sufficient credit. You’ll be prompted to ‘Top Up’ if you have insufficient funds. Select “BOOK NOW” to finalise the booking.

Step 5. Close the booking details window. The booking will also now be showing in your home screen on your App.

How to Cancel a Booking via the Website

Step 1. Select the “Member’s section” on the Home screen. Log In if required with your Scottish Golf Log In details.

Step 2. Select the Tee Time you had booked and wish to cancel.

Step 3. Select “Cancel Booking”.

Step 4. Confirm the cancellation by selecting “CONFIRM”

Step 5. Close Booking Delete Confirmation window.
