Cancellation of Shareholders AGM

Notice is hereby given that in view of the existing Covid-19 pandemic and the government’s recent directive aimed at restricting gatherings; the Board of Directors of SGCC has taken the decision to cancel the Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for Friday, January 22, 2021.

Methods of convening this meeting which would facilitate physical distancing protocols are being investigated and Shareholders will be advised shortly of a new date for the meeting and the manner in which it will be conducted.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change of plans and urge Shareholders to remain safe and to continue to adhere to all government and Ministry of HealthCovid-19 protocols.
