Good Afternoon Members,
It has come to our attention that there has been a rise in positive COVID-19 cases in the local area. This message is just to reiterate a few points to all members about what we should be doing to ensure the health and well being of all members and staff at both Silverwood Golf Club and Craigavon Golf and Ski Centre. As we all know tomorrow is Presidents Day where we are expecting large numbers of players.
All score cards must be collected from the starter before your round. 1 member must fill in 1 score card for your group. This member will sign as marker, and another player must verbally verify the scores and the original marker must sign the person who verbally verified the scores name. 1 member must take a photo of the score card and send it to silverwoodgolfclub@gmail.com. If possible you must enter your score online yourself via the Howdidido app or website. Please do not return the score card. Keep this on the off chance we need to contact you about a discrepancy. Please do not loiter around the area between the 9th and 10th hole whilst having your snack. Please enjoy this and move on. Please limit your contact with other members.
Please note you are not allowed into the centre without a mask. There will be hand sanitiser stations placed around the 1st tee & car park area.
You must continue to follow the government and GUI guidance. Please do not come to Craigavon Golf & Ski centre if you have been recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19. Please do not come to Craigavon Golf & Ski centre if you are showing any of the Covid-19 symptoms (cough, temperature, loss of smell, taste). You must continue to observe social distancing guidelines at all times.
We have new cups and flags which will be on course tomorrow.
Again please do not touch the flag stick. We will send another message later this evening advising on the playing conditions for tomorrow.
