Position: Human Resources Internship
Hour Requirement: 16-25 hours per week
Function: Scheduling appointments for HR Specialist, assist with orientation of new employees as well as helping Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist in day to day functions.
Job Description:
• Background checks – enter applicants into OTIS
• Track applicants in Excel spreadsheet and manage current and past applications
• Call and schedule interviews with applicant
• Set up and schedule orientation
• Coordinates second interviews with Department Managers (if applicable)
• Update job posting boards
• Employee verification forms
• Score PI’s and enter into Predictive Index
• Enter counseling/illness reports into Excel documents
• Other duties as assigned
Other Qualifications:
• Computer skills
• High level of professionalism
• High regard for confidentiality
• Sophomore year of college complete
• Must be 18 years or older
