The Stage is set for outstanding 2016

For the first time in history, Southern Living and Ideal Living magazines have awarded one community! And it took a community as special as Bay Creek to make it happen.

Southern Living magazine has selected Bay Creek for its Inspired Community program, a prestigious designation previously awarded to only 14 others communities that have made the commitment to preserving the best of Southern architecture, lifestyle and traditions.

At the same time, Ideal Living Magazine has designated Bay Creek as the Summer 2016 Ideal Living Destination Community, featuring four spectacular homes under construction in Bayside Village on the Chesapeake Bay, with completion scheduled by late spring.

Bay Creek Builder Selected for the Southern Living Program

Bay Creek builder L.J. Kellam Construction has been selected for membership in the exclusive Southern Living Custom Builder Program.

81 Members of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program are hand-selected based on their reputation in the community; strength of presence in their respective markets; superior quality and attention to detail; innovative style; and other criteria.

“The Southern Living Custom Builder Program is about connecting people who want their homes to have a distinctly Southern feel to builders who have the expertise to provide them,” said Kristen Bryan, Associate Director of Marketing for Southern Living Magazine. “Luke was selected because of his commitment to creating high quality Southern-style homes to residents of Bay Creek and other outstanding communities on Virginia’s Eastern Shore,” she said.
