Current Tee Time Policy

All Residents and Members are required to follow these policies on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  There will be absolutely no exceptions to any of the rules and regulations that are set forth here.   PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

SATURDAY & SUNDAY – First Come, First Served after 1:30pm.  See rules below.

MONDAYS – Advanced Tee Times are Required.  Walk-ups are prohibited.  See rules below.

 

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY TO SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

• There will be only 1 group allowed on the 1st tee and 1 group in the staging area in front of the Golf Shop at a time.  You are always required to remain 6 feet apart everywhere on the property. 

• We are on a first come, first served basis.  If there is one group on the tee and one group in staging area when you arrive, 1 person in your group will be allowed to come up and check in their group.  You and your group must remain in the parking lot, in your own car until an appointed time to return to the tee. 

 

MONDAYS

THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY TO MONDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

 We will require advanced tee times for ALL play on Mondays, no exceptions.  If you do not submit a tee time request by Sunday at 5pm, you cannot play on that Monday. Walk-ups will not be allowed, even if the tee is open.  Do not ask for an exception because the request will not be granted.   Procedure:

• You must submit a tee time request via email to golfshop@ihccgolf.com by 5pm on Sunday.  Requests received after 5pm will not be accepted.

• Only one person in a group should submit a request.  Duplicates requests will be rejected and you will not get a tee time.

• Tee times will be posted by approximately 6pm on Sunday evening on the Indian Hill website page (under Resident).  Again, tee time requests must be submitted by SUNDAY AT 5PM.

• Tee time requests by phone or in-person are not permitted. 

• We will do our best to assign you a tee time within 30 minutes (+/-) of your requested time.

• Groups of any size, from 1 to 4 players can submit a request.  If you request a time for less than 4 people, we may assign a single to your group.  Do not show up with more players than your submission stated because if we assign a single to your threesome (for example), the single will get the spot.

• Tee times will be assigned at 10 minute intervals and all play will be off the 1st tee. 

• Do not show up to the 1st tee area until 10 minutes before your tee time.

These rules are to be followed and will be vigorously enforced for the safety of all.  Do not put our staff in an uncomfortable position by asking for exceptions.  We thank you for understanding and look forward to seeing everyone out on the course safely.
