GolfNorth Opens Five Courses
Starting Thursday March 19th, GolfNorth will be opening the following five facilities:
- Conestoga Golf & Conference Centre (9 holes)
- Brookfield Golf Club
- Forest Golf Club & Inn
- Mystic Golf Club
- The Fox Golf Club

We feel that during these uncertain times that golf is a great way to get out and enjoy the fresh air and sunlight. Two things that are essential for good health and mental well being. Golf is a unique sport that has “social distancing” already in place while enjoying a healthy walk with your friends and family without the fear of transmission.
We at GolfNorth understand the concerns of the communities in which we live and operate. We will always do our best to have the health and well being of our employees and customers as our number one priority.
We will be implementing the following procedures and protocols at our facilities and adhering to all Ministry of Health Regulations, alerts and concerns regarding social distancing.
- Spreading out our tee time intervals to avoid crowded pro shops
- Allowing only one group of golfers in the pro shop at any given time
- Repeatedly sanitizing counter tops, payment units, door handles and any other surfaces in contact with the general public.
- Increasing the cleaning standards of all our bathroom facilities
- Offering only “take-out” food and beverage and keeping our indoor seating areas closed
- Removing all rakes from the golf course
We encourage all our players to do the following
On Course:

Always leave the pin in and encourage “gimme” putts between you and your playing partners.

Touch surfaces with your glove hand only.

Keep an acceptable distance from your playing partners

Refrain from shaking hands after your round

Maintain the bunker areas as best you can for respect of other players
Before You Arrive At The Course:

Prepay for your round online

Always carry sanitary wipes for your personal protection when needed

Arriving At The Course:

Check in at the pro shop upon arrival. Please remember to give others space while inside. Only four people will be permitted inside at any given time.

Try to avoid using cash for the safety of our employees. Use TAP payment whenever possible.

Although we will try our best to sanitize pull cart handles and power cart steering wheels and dashes on a regular basis, we encourage all players renting these products to be proactive using their own sanitizing wipes.
