NOGA to Host Rules of Handicapping Seminars (Free!)

The Northern Ohio Golf Association (NOGA) is hosting a pair of complimentary (FREE!) educational seminars on the Rules of Handicapping, conducted by Terry Benjamin from the United States Golf Association (USGA).

This information will help members of the PGA, golf administrators, handicap chairs, and golfers from throughout the state develop an understanding of the major changes to the Rules of Handicapping that went into effect January, 1, 2020.

You must register to attend these seminars, which are FREE for GHIN members (non-members will be charged a $10 fee).
