ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

23^th  JANUARY 2020 at 7.30 p.m.

 

There are 9 vacancies on Council (seven Councillors, Hon Secretary & Hon Treasurer) to be filled and the Hon. Secretary should receive nominations on the appropriate form before 5.00 pm on Wednesday 8^TH January 2020

 

*Retiring members of Council are eligible for re election

 

Nomination forms are available from the Office and each candidate must be proposed and seconded by members entitled to vote.  The candidate MUST sign the nomination form.

 

Any notices of motion must be submitted in writing to the Hon. Secretary before 5.00 pm on Wednesday 8^th January 2020 to be included in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting

 

The AGM booklet will be E Mailed out to all those who have given us their E mail address and a Hard Copy booklet will be made available to those who have not registered.
