While they had a great time competing for the fifth straight year in the national finals of the 2019 PGA Jr League Championship at Greyhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale AZ, this year’s result was not the best for Team Ohio.
Competing in the Ryder Division, Team Ohio — from Mallard Creek Golf Course in Columbia Station — finished in fifth place out of six teams, and ninth out of 12 teams overall.
But that’s the great thing about golf, especially for these talented, energetic Northeast Ohio players: have fun, try your best, then come back at it again tomorrow — no matter what the outcome…
