Job Title: Guest Service Representative
Department: Marketplace
Status: 20-30 hrs
Shifts: 11 am-4 pm, 12 pm-8 pm, 4 pm-9 pm, 4 pm – Close
Wage: $9.30/hour

Job Description:
• Providing Zehnder’s guests with outstanding customer service.
• “Hands-On” Participation, in the daily sales operations of the area.
• Neat and orderly display of food products, packaging materials, and counter areas.
• Maintaining proper levels of foodstuffs for sale in assigned area.
• Daily communication with the Guest Services Staff Floor Supervisor on food production and other related topics.
• Participation in the “food is theater” philosophy when requested by
• Guest Services Staff Floor Supervisor.
• Help, as directed, in the display of the food products in the hot/cold units in the public areas.

Requirements:
• Ability to work a variety of shifts and available weekends/holidays
• Basic level of understanding of culinary concepts in the restaurant industry.
